Project Goal: Our primary project goal was to create visually captivating designs that not only aligned with the overarching objectives but also resonated with the target audience, ultimately driving engagement and conversions.
My Role: As a designer employed by an agency, I had the opportunity to collaborate on a project involving Macy's email campaign, while also working with Men’s Wearhouse. Within this role, I contributed to the creation of responsive and mobile-friendly email templates for a tuxedo rental campaign in partnership with Men’s Wearhouse. This collaboration seamlessly aligned project goals with marketing teams from both Macy's and Men’s Wearhouse, resulting in a successful campaign that reached over 1 million Macy’s customers. My unique position within the agency allowed me to bridge the gap between different client needs and creative solutions, ultimately delivering exceptional results for both Macy's and Men’s Wearhouse.
Project Initiation and Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and scope.
Conduct research to gather insights into user needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations and team capabilities.
Conceptualization and Ideation:
Brainstorm creative concepts and design solutions that address project objectives and user requirements.
Develop wireframes, sketches, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user interactions.
Explore different design directions while considering usability, accessibility, and brand guidelines.
Design Execution and Implementation:
Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma to create high-fidelity designs.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on design concepts to refine and enhance the user experience.
Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, color palettes, and visual hierarchy across all deliverables.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to align design efforts with project goals.
Conduct design reviews and presentations to stakeholders, providing rationale behind design decisions and soliciting feedback.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive design process, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and insights.
Quality Assurance and Testing:

In essence, my objective as a senior designer was to guide design initiatives from inception to fruition, delivering inventive and user-centric solutions that satisfy both clients and end users.
